The KinshokuCon 2025 Team is in Search of Judges for the Cosplay Contest!

The KinshokuCon 2025 Cosplay Department is searching for Judges for their cosplay competition! We are looking for individuals who are experienced both in the creation of cosplays and have participated in cosplay contests previously. As a judge, you will be responsible for judging contestants on the accuracy, execution of techniques, creativity of their cosplays, and how they bring their cosplay to life onstage. 

Requirements for Judges:

• Judges will only be required to be at the convention on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. A meal and breaks will be provided.
• Participate in a pre-judging session for contestants, where they will have a brief amount of time to explain the creation process of their costume, and will give a chance for judges to get a closer look at the construction of the costume.
• Participate as a judge in the Cosplay Contest on Saturday, November 15, 2025, decide the winners, and present prizes.
• Event host(s) must abide by the KinshokuCon 2025 Code of Conduct at all times.
• Above all else – be respectful and have fun!

Programming Compensation

As a thank you for contributing to the success of KinshokuCon 2025, we will compensate the judge with one (1) three-day badge for Saturday, November 15, 2025.
