All badges are nonrefundable. By purchasing a badge to KinshokuCon 2026, you agree to abide by the rules and policies listed in our Code of Conduct.

Badge Tiers

Weekend Badge (Early Bird Discount!)* – $40 + fees

Friday Badge – $30 + fees

Saturday Badge – $35 + fees

Sunday Badge – $25 + fees

*Early Bird Discount available until the end of July; Weekend Badge will then cost $45 + fees.

Badge Pickup

Badge pickup is available only in-person at the registration table day-of.

You will be required to present a valid photo ID in order to pick up your badge. Appropriate forms of photo ID include but are not limited to;

Driver’s License
Learner Permit
Passport
School ID

A valid photo ID is required for entry to the convention. If you are unable to present a valid photo ID when you pick up your badge, you will be denied entry. Valid photo ID must also be provided to attend any potential 18+ programming, view/purchase 18+ goods, or patronize the venue’s bar.

The name you purchase your badge under will NOT be printed on your badge, but this name must match the name on your chosen form of ID. You will be given the opportunity to write-in your own name or social handle in the provided space on your badge if you wish.

Junior Attendees

This is an all-ages event, but we do ask that all minors 14 years or younger be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minors aged 15 years or older may attend KinshokuCon 2026 unaccompanied; we will be holding them to the same expectations and standards of conduct as our adult guests as per our Code of Conduct.

Children 6 years and under can attend for free with the accompaniment of a full-priced adult badge with the expectation that the adult accompanies them the length of the convention per our Code of Conduct.
